Specimen Pick-Up Instructions

Please make sure all specimens are placed in a Highlands Pathology bag along with the requisition form and any additional documentation required (such as ABN or financial waiver forms).

If your office is required to call for pick-ups, please contact Quest Logistics at 423-525-1226 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to request a courier.

If the office closes prior to the Quest courier’s arrival, please place the specimens in the lock box. It is recommended to check the lock box the following morning to ensure all specimens were picked up.
